The Systemic Health Home Study Course teaches a special type of exercise called Systemic Exercise. It was derived from several of the health preservation exercise systems of India and China. But Systemic Exercise is primarily a specific way of doing exercise in accordance with the Systemic Health Principles discribed earlier. The Systemic approach can be used with many types of exercise as long as they conform to the Systemic Health Principles.
Most modern fitness programs come from athletic exercise, which is completely inappropriate for regaining or preserving our internal health. Systemic Exercise is completely different. However, it is the best possible foundation for a fitness program, and athletes would do well to apply its principles. Anyone can do Systemic Exercise, no matter how fatigued or ill. In the beginning, it's done in a slow motion, gentle style that emphasizes improving blood quality, blood and lymphatic flow at a capillary level, Neuro-function, and Vitality. It gives us more energy during each session, instead of making us tired. The purpose of Systemic Exercise is to improve Systemic Function, thus the name. Since chronic symptoms and disease are usually caused by Systemic weaknesses, Systemic Exercise can assist with recovery from just about any form of chronic illness. It's also the easiest way to maintain our good health. The Systemic Health Home Study Course provides a way to exercise that invigorates the Systemic Functions without causing injury or fatigue.
