We need to eat a Variety of whole grains, vegetables, nuts, seeds, legumes, fruits, meats (if we use them), etc. This helps us to get the macro and micro nutrients we need and helps to keep the digestive system healthy.
NOTE: Nutritional supplementation is usually needed to accomplish full nutrition. For more information about this go to Nutritional Supplements The body also requires as much Variety of movement as possible. An exercise program that only uses a few simple movements is not as valuable as one with a Variety of movements. We need to move all the joints in a full range of motion and in all diretions. Doing so is not only good for the joints, but utilizes all the muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia, internal organs, etc. It therefore invigorates the Three Systemic Functions. A Variety of ideas helps to keep our thinking and neuro-function flexible and sharp, while a Variety of social relationships tends to keep us emotionally healthy, which also contributes to good physical health. The Systemic Health Home Study Course teaches how the Principle of Variety applies to all 5 Systemic Health Techniques.
