vert-logo.gif (3124 bytes) Physicians have observed how the body works for centuries. Modern physicians would do well to respect the long experience of their ancestor medical colleagues. They could glean many treasures from them.

One of the greatest contributions made by ancient health care practitioners is fundamental principles that regulate our health. As these principles were discovered, it became easier to develop the self care techniques that preserve health. It is the lack of such principles that makes modern approaches to health less effective than they could be.

Throughout The Systemic Health Home Study Course, we study two things. The first is the Systemic Health Techniques, such as Systemic Exercise, Rest, Fasting and Dietetics. The second is the Systemic Health Principles underneath those techniques. We use the Principles to make sure that we are doing each technique in a way that is just right for our condition. This keeps everything safe and comfortable and insures optimum progress.
