vert-logo.gif (3124 bytes) Everyone's body is different. Everyone's organs and tissues have unique strengths and weaknesses. We are also different mentally and emotionally. Therefore, everyone regains their Systemic Health at a different pace.

When we begin exercising, fasting, improving our eating habits, etc., most of us have a tendency to do too much, too soon for our condition. If we attempt to progress faster than our body's natural, optimal pace it will defend itself by resisting our attempts. We will have injuries or fatigue and many setbacks.

We need to discover our own unique
Personal Recovery Pace
and learn to progress at that pace.

By closely monitoring the body's response to the Systemic Health Techniques, we can, after a few weeks practice, discover the optimal pace at which our body can improve right now - our Personal Recovery Pace.

We encourage you to go on to Systemic Health Principle #3, Monitoring the Systemic Functions.
