We keep track of how the body is responding to the Systemic Health Techniques by Monitoring the Systemic Functions. In this way we keep the Systemic Health Techniques safe, comfortable, and easy to do and we discover our Personal Recovery Pace.
Example: By monitoring closely how our Vitality Function, Neurological Function and Blood Function respond to our daily exercise program, we can be sure how much exercise is right for our condition during each exercise session. This goes way beyond checking the heart rate, as in fitness programs. We monitor Systemic Functions during fasting, to keep it safe and comfortable (no symptoms and no hunger), during breathing / relaxation sessions, when improving eating habits, and when changing negative emotional habits.
