vert-logo.gif (3124 bytes) The brain and the nerves are the computer and electrical system that monitor and control all the workings of the body.

Incoming Impulses: Reports from the tissues travel along nerves to the brain, so it can monitor all the physiologic functions.

Outgoing Impulses: The brain sends commands through the nerves to all the tissues, so it cancontrol all the physiologic functions.

Any weakness or impairment of the nervous system will prevent some commands from passing between the brain and the tissues effectively, and symptoms must be produced eventually. As Neuro-function gets weaker, neurological symptoms and diseases often arise. In addition, since Neuro-function is systemic, it's weaknessed can lead to symptoms anywhere in the body.

Weak neuro-function can be noticed as chronic pain, poor physical coordination, slow learning ability, or as poor mental clarity (poor memory, concentration, ADD, etc.) and many other symptoms. Impaired Neuro-function often needs the attention of a professional health care provider, but a great deal can be accomplished by the Systemic Health Techniques taught in The Systemic Health Home Study Course.
