The first step to understanding the Systemic Health approach to health preservation is to learn what health really is. Most of us lack a clear definition of normal health.
The second step is to understand the Root Causes of chronic illness; why and how the body breaks down. The third step is to understand the Three Systemic Functions of the body, why they are the true foundations of our health, and how they are weakened by the Root Causes. The fourth step is to understand how the Systemic Health Principles can regulate how we improve our health. The fifth step is to understand and practice the Systemic Health Techniques and to clarify how they can prevent or correct chronic health problems. We think you will find that the concepts of Systemic Health are easy to understand and apply. If you would like to learn more about Systemic Health, we recommend that you order the book "The Introduction to Systemic Health: Basic Principles of Health Preservation" by Russ Sinclair. It is imperative first reading to understand the Systemic Health principles and techniques. When you are ready to start improving your Systemic Health, we suggest you read the Description of the The Systemic Health Home Study Course and get started on Part One the course.
