vert-logo.gif (3124 bytes) The Systemic Health Principles and Techniques have been used effectively for centuries to prevent or eliminate chronic symptoms. This has been accomplished, of course, without the nutritional supplements we are blessed with today.

Although supplements cannot replace the need for improving our health habits, they can make it possible to begin in a strong way, when beginning at all is difficult. They can also provide the nutritional back-up most of us need, because of the damage done to our food supply.

However, not all nutritional and herbal supplements have the same purpose. Some are used to control symptoms, and some can be used to improve Systemic Function so the body can heal itself.

  1. Specific vitamins, minerals, hormones, enzymes, amino acids, herbs, etc., can be used for treatment of specific symptoms. Such symptomatic treatment requires a great deal of formal training. It is therefore, rightly considered the practice of medicine and should be left in the hands of properly trained health care practitioners.
  2. However, nutritional products can be recommended by anyone if they are purposely designed and used to support Systemic Function, so the body can heal itself.

We strongly recommend that you consult qualified health care practitioners for medicinal use of nutritional supplements. But we also suggest that you use the nutritional products mentioned below. They have purposely been designed to improve Systemic Health.

Our Search for Nutritional Products
Several years ago, we started looking for nutritional products that would help our clients experience an improvement of Blood, Neuro and Vitality Functions earlier. We knew that if a nutritional supplement could increase their Vitality, for example, it would be easier for them to be consistent with their Systemic Exercise program and the other Techniques.

There are thousands of nutritional and herbal products on the market, so we thought it would be a fairly easy task to find one that was designed to improve Systemic Function. It wasn't! We had to use 12 to 15 products to even get close to the systemic effects we were after. That was too expensive and bothersome for our clients.

Many people told us
they used more space in their cupboard for supplements
than they did for food!

We wanted nutritional supplements that would:

  1. Help improve the health of the Three Systemic Functions.
  2. Broad-spectrum products that contain many nutrients that are designed to work together.
  3. Were not designed to address any specific symptoms or diseases.
  4. Were high quality products that our clients could depend on.

To our surprise, we found that the quality of most nutritional supplements, even those in health food stores, was questionable.

We also found that it was difficult to find a product that truly made a difference at a systemic level. Most products have been designed to provide general nutrition, such as multi-vitamin or multi-mineral products. Others are individual nutrients or herbs, which are meant to chase specific symptoms.

For various reasons we don't mention specific nutritional or herbal products on this web site. For our recommendations please contact us by email at info@SystemicHealth.com or phone us at 509 465-5207.
