| The course is the result of more than 40 years of study, research, practice and teaching of the natural therapeutic traditions in several countries. The principles and techniques of Systemic Health have been passed down for centuries and they are very effective for helping us to prevent or overcome chronic health problems.
We have shared this instruction with individuals and groups at our clinic in San Diego for many years. We have taught it in our seminars for physicians, to medical schools, on our radio broadcasts and public talks.
Down through the years, we discovered that the home study format is the most practical way for individuals to learn about Systemic Health and get the best results.
The course is divided into five Parts. Each Part focuses on one of the Five Systemic Health Techniques discussed earlier. We know from long experience, that you'll get the best results if you learn and implement the material in Part One (which usually takes at least a month), before beginning Part Two, and so on. Focusing on the principles and techniques in each part before moving on to the next brings the best results.
We know that if you study this material thoroughly, and apply its simple techniques consistently, your health will dramatically improve! After you do that, we think you'll agree, that it is one of the most important things you have done for your health, and that of your family. It will become a part of your family's knowledge base that will keep you and your family healthy for a lifetime!
By the way, you can't buy the Home Study Course in stores. You get it directly from us. That way you become our client, which doesn't mean that we pester you to spend money with us. It means that we take care of you. We will be available to answer your questions and coach you through the experience of regaining and preserving your health.
You'll notice below that each Part of the course includes two audio cassettes, a video cassette, and a book.
