We suggest that you begin by reading the pages linked on our home page entitled, Explosion of Chronic Illness, What Is Systemic Health, and Improving Systemic Health, preferably in the order they are given. Q: Why do you recommend that I start with Part 1 of the Systemic Health Home Study Course, Systemic Exercise and proceed through each part of the course in order? For example, why can't I start with Part 4 Systemic Dietetics since I'm interested in improving my eating habits more than I am in exercise. A: Although it is possible to start with any of the five Parts of the course, it will work better for you to learn and practice the Systemic Health Techniques in order. For example: Systemic Exercise is a gentle yet very powerful form of exercise designed to improve the health of the Three Systemic Functions. It helps correct lymphatic and blood capillary constriction (a very common problem these days). It improves digestion, absorption of nutrients into the bloodstream, transportation of nutrients, and cellular absorption of nutrients. We benefit much more from improvements in our eating habits, if we have practiced Systemic Exercise for at least a month before we attempt to improve our diet. The net result is that we don't have to be as strict about our eating habits, yet we get better results. © 1997, Systemic Health Institute, Inc. All Rights Reserved. |
