vert-logo.gif (3124 bytes) There is an appalling lack of practical education about health in America. Most of us have lost track of what real health is and what it feels like. Even most health care professionals are not clear about it.

Lacking a clear definition of health,
we don't realize to what degree we've lost it.

Most Americans don't have a clear picture of what they expect their health to be, before they attempt to regain it, let alone a realistic idea of how to go about it in a safe, time effective way.

If we don't know what the target is
we're not likely to hit it.

The concept of Systemic Health offers a definition of normal health that is based on a set of principles that have withstood the test of time. Over the centuries, they have been used effectively in several different cultures, with different kinds of people facing different health problems. They have withstood modern clinical observation and application as well.

This definition of health may seem unrealistic to those who have lost their God given, normal health, as most of us have.

Restoring our health
is more than getting rid of symptoms.

Regaining our health is not just getting rid of fatigue. It means getting out of bed early in the morning feeling refreshed and full of energy. It's looking forward to the challenges of the day because we know we have the energy for them. It's having a bounding energy all through the day. It's having just as much Vitality all through the evening as we do when we get up in the morning. It's being naturally sleepy at bed time, but not exhausted.

Health is more than just getting rid of chronic pain. Our Neuro-function reports a new feeling of lightness throughout the body. It's a pleasant feeling to stretch the joints and muscles, instead of stiffness or pain. Even if we didn't notice that we had stiff joints before, when we regain our health we realize how stiff they were because of a new freedom of movement. The stiffness develops so gradually over a long period of time, we don't notice it.

Restoring our health is more than just correcting digestive problems and getting rid of abdominal gas and bloating. It's regaining our sense of taste and smell, when we didn't know we lost them! Even simple, natural foods have more flavor than we can imagine. Processed food doesn't taste as good and we find ourselves craving natural foods the way the Creator made them. We enjoy eating more than ever, but our appetite is back to normal and we no longer have unnatural cravings.

Restoring our health is more than just temporarily fighting off an infection, whether it's a child's chronic ear or respiratory infection, or more serious, life threatening infections. Regaining our Systemic Health means that our Blood Function, which includes our immune system, does not allow an infection of any kind to get the upper hand anywhere in our body.

Let me quote the man who taught me how to restore my health. On the day that I met him, he said,

"If you could experience for a moment,
what it's like to have your
natural health and vitality back,
you would be shocked at how great it feels!"

Because I was very sick, that one sentence stuck in my mind. It became my battle cry! It was my inspiration to do my very best in the fight to regain my health. And he was absolutely right. When I fully regained my natural state of vitality and health, I was shocked at how wonderful it was! I felt like a completely different person.

I decided to become a teacher of health recovery and preservation, because I wanted to share the experience with other people. That initial experience has kept me in the health field for over 30 years, because it's been a great delight to help people regain their health.

What we call Systemic Health is the simplest, clearest understanding of what our health is meant to be.

Health is the normal operation of the
Three Systemic Functions.
