We offer private consultations for those who would like to learn how to use the Systemic Health Techniques to prevent or overcome chronic health problems. Of course you can use the Systemic Health Home Study Course, but some people just prefer private instruction.

We also offer instruction in a specialized application of Systemic Exercise that is designed for rehabilitation of specific chronic pain and joint problems such as neck or back pain, knee problems, etc. Conditions such as these require one-on-one instruction. They cannot be covered in our Home Study Course.

Russ and Wendy Sinclair are available on a limited basis for speaking engagements. They are internationally known speakers on the subject of prevention and correction of chronic health problems.
